IdentiCom Sign Solutions is a leading national provider of branding solutions. We are now offering a position for an experienced Project Manager.

We are seeking a ‘winning’ Project Manager with Signage Industry experience to join our Project and Development Services Group supporting corporate and franchise clients. Our Project and Development Services group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms.

Responsibilities

• Project management
• Oversee projects from design through completion of construction
• Arrange building audits
• Developing scope and schedule for signage rebranding projects
• Manage all financial aspects of each project through its conclusion
• Coordinating activities of sub-contractors and other outsource vendors
• Addressing clients’ special requests when necessary
• Provide technical support; project budgeting and scheduling
• Interface with internal team, client staff, property managers and vendors
• Maintain client relationship and conflict resolution

Required skills/competencies/qualities:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working on signage or rebranding projects
• Project management experience
• High-touch change management experience within a corporate culture
• Experience working with landlords, permit offices, sub-contractors and sign fabricators
• Demonstrates a high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Follow an established ERP system
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
