John DiNunzio

John DiNunzio is the founder of IdentiCom Sign Solutions which started in 2009. With over 35 years’ experience. John has worked in all aspects of the sign industry which began in 1980 with a large national sign company.

Mr. DiNunzio leads the company, managing day-to-day operations, as well as directing customer signage and branding solutions. John works closely with the sales team, program managers and production process. He also sets up partner arrangements with strategic vendors for the support of customer initiatives.

John strategies in customer centric ideologies and implementation has strengthen IdentiCom’s position as one of the fastest growing businesses in the United States and a leader in the sign industry.

Kevin Payne

Kevin Payne

Kevin is IdentiCom Sign’s seasoned Director of Operations with over a decade of solid hands on experience at all levels of management. Kevin has a consistent track record of success in managing businesses and programs for multiple large corporate accounts. Kevin works directly with CEOs, Presidents, Vice-Presidents, Field Engineers, General Contractors & Site Superintendents on a regular basis to effectively get projects accomplished timely and smoothly. Kevin has managed over hundreds of projects at a time with positive results. Kevin is a strong leader who inspires confidence and trust in others and motivates project staff to perform at high levels to consistently meet project expectations and company values.

Sarah Moore

Sarah Moore

As the Office Manager, Sarah encompasses all aspects of IdentiCom’s business transactions. Sarah manages all responsibilities in regards to AP/AR, billing, sales and customer service. Prior to IdentiCom, Sarah worked for an HR department and grew the passion for working with people and managing office operations. Sarah has built relationships with our clients and maintains all their financial needs with each project at hand.

Justin Kennedy

Justin Kennedy

Justin is an achievement-focused manager who began in the signage industry in 2005. Justin has over 15+ years of project management. Justin works in large corporate settings and in a small startup environments giving him the experience to understand the needs of customers and the importance of each project.

Justin has worn many hats in the sign industry which include – leadership, project management, and field services. Justin is sincerely dedicated to each of his customers and passionate of his success here at IdentiCom Sign Solutions.

Gina Axley

Gina Axley

Gina has over twenty years experience in property and project management in the construction industry and over ten years of experience working in the sign industry. Gina has managed hundreds of projects including bank conversions, restaurants, auto dealerships, retail and hospitality.

Previously, Gina was once known as a small business owner and the VP of Product Development focusing on purchasing, sourcing, vendors, negotiating contracts,sustaining vendor relationships to increase buying power and reduce purchasing costs. Gina is driven and has a solid reputation for customer satisfaction and meeting crucial deadlines.

Dan Rudzinskas

Dan Rudzinskas

Dan has been a working graphic designer since 2002. As a Graphic Designer, Dan has developed everything from logos, posters, catalogs, and building signage for clients throughout the U.S. He is a critical thinker who regularly analyzes the successes and failures of current marketing strategies. Having experience in all phases of graphic design. Dan designs & produces prompt and accurate specifications for visual identity to support the engineering requirements throughout the system process. Dan currently is the lead Designer at IdentiCom Sign Solutions.

Elsie DiNunzio

Elsie DiNunzio

Elsie has been with IdentiCom Sign Solutions since 2012. Elsie is a seasoned code research manager who specializes in strong attention to detail. Elsie maintains all code updates and regulations. When it comes to making sure our clients are up to speed on all code requirements, Elsie is on top of it to make sure the client is fully educated and prepared for any hurdles that may surface during a project.

Ellen Thomas

Ellen started with the Signage Industry in 2007 with over 20 years of Sales Experience. Ellen enjoys working with customers from ground level up and making it the best experience for the client.

Ellen has a firm belief that ‘Dreams can come True” and enjoys working with the customer not for just one project but a lifetime of projects when needed. Ellen also is involved with her family and is a proud “Ninnie” that she hopes to share her passion of Karate with!

Ellen has a long history of being a Motorcyclist and will ask please “Look Twice Save A Life”

Steve has over 14 years of professional signage industry experience in many different roles. Steve is highly organized and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Steve has worked for large scale signage companies and smaller companies which allows him to understand the importance of every project.
Steve’s many different roles in the signage industry, allow him to provide turn-key solutions for his customers no matter what the circumstance.

Nancy Kellar

Nancy Kellar

Nancy has over 30 years of experience in the Sign Industry, starting in 1986 as a AR clerk. She has worked in Billing, Client Services, Wholesale, Digital and Project Management. She is very experienced in working with large scale conversions and corporate accounts and also with the smaller companies. Her vast wealth of experience provides her with the skill and familiarity needed to provide first rate customer service.

Nancy is well known in the industry as knowing how to get the job done and done right! She has enjoyed her years in the industry and especially likes all the relationships she has developed over the years with others in the industry and with her customers.
